Get the day off to a good start with a healthy, homemade breakfast.

Prep time: 1-12 hours; Cook time: 15 mins;

Ingredients (makes 2)

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp shredded or flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp soaked and chopped almonds
  • ½ cup water
  • Berries (to layer)

Method

Combine ingredients except berries in a glass jar. Let mixtures sit overnight (or for at least an hour). Layer the coconut oats in a glass with the berries.
