The more you eat, the longer your body will take to digest. The human body can only digest around 60 grams of carbohydrates in an hour, and break down around 20 to 25 grams of protein in each meal. By breaking down your meals into smaller portions and spreading them throughout the day you're allowing your tum sufficient time to digest. This can also prevent spikes in glucose leading to sustained energy and better satiety.
