Medicine ball burpees

An exercise for the whole body, medicine balls/" 10017 rel="nofollow" target="_self">ball burpees are a hardcore conditioning workout.

Place the medicine balls/" 10017 rel="nofollow" target="_self">ball on the floor between your feet.

Bend down and place your hands on the balls/" 10017 rel="nofollow" target="_self">ball.

Jump your feet back into the push-up position.

Jump your feet back in so that your feet are either side of the balls/" 10017 rel="nofollow" target="_self">ball.

Grasp the balls/" 10017 rel="nofollow" target="_self">ball and jump up into the air, lifting the balls/" 10017 rel="nofollow" target="_self">ball above your head as you do so.

Land on the balls of your feet and bend forwards to place the balls/" 10017 rel="nofollow" target="_self">ball back on the floor and repeat the sequence.
