Hip Flexor
Step one foot out in front with thigh parallel to the ground. Back leg kneeling and foot either tucked under or on toes. Reach up and press your hips forward, feeling a stretch in your glutes and hip flexor on the kneeling side.

Hold this position and then gently change sides.
