Savoury filled omeletteIngredients
2 eggs
20g cheese, cheddar or similar
½ cup mushrooms chopped
½ Roma tomato diced
1 slice lean ham chopped
1 spray olive oil or use a non-stick fry pan
Season if desired

Beat the eggs lightly and mix in all the ingredients. Heat a non-stick fry pan on low to medium heat. Add the egg mixture to the pan ensuring all solid ingredients are to one half of the pan. Once the egg starts to lightly brown on the under side, flip the half without the solids towards the other half. Cook for about 30 seconds and serve while hot.
