Can’t resist the pull of hot chocolate this winter? Nutritionist Jessica Svetkoff has a delicious low-fat hot chocolate recipe that won’t weigh you down!

Ingredients (serves 1)
•    250ml soy milk
•    1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
•    1/2 a ripe banana

Method
Blend milk, cocoa powder and banana. Pour into mug or jug and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute and serve.
