\u201cThis one is safe to try if you want to ease yourself into a long-term healthy lifestyle, but it shouldn\u2019t be followed for longer than three or four days,\u201d nutritionist Stephanie Payne advises.<\/p>\n

Although eating fruits and vegetables raw often delivers more bang for your fruit \u2018n\u2019 veg buck, it can\u2019t take the place of a balanced diet covering all macronutrients, she adds.<\/p>\n
