It also happens to be incredibly delicious and easy to cook. In fact, <\/span>you can even make this Instant Pot one-pot meal<\/span> without breaking the bank and ending up with a super healthy, super tasty dish. All you will need is the salmon itself, the rice you choose (this recipe opts for Jasmine), and some seasonings and broccoli.<\/span><\/p>\n

1 x tbsp brown sugar<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 x tsp sesame oil<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 x cup jasmine rice<\/span><\/p>\n

3 x tbsp olive oil<\/span><\/p>\n

2 x tbsp soy sauce<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 x tbsp rice vinegar<\/span><\/p>\n

1 x tsp garlic powder<\/span><\/p>\n

1 x tsp parsley<\/span><\/p>\n

1 x cup florets of broccoli<\/span><\/p>\n

Method:<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Place your water and rice into the pot.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Gently place your fillets on top of the rice.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Mix your sesame oil and sugar in a separate bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Pour that mixture over the rice and salmon.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. While they are cooking, add your broccoli to salted, boiling water, and cook until tender (ensure they are crisp and not soggy).<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Mix all the remaining ingredients to make the sauce.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Release pressure and serve.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
