•     Lie on the mat with knees slightly bent
•     Make sure your core is engaged and your entire back is flat against mat
•     Hold medicine ball at chest level
•     Curl body up to a seated position
•     Extend medicine ball directly out from the chest until arms are fully extended
•     Curl back down through the body, releasing through the core, slowly bringing medicine ball back to chest and returning back flat against the mat
