Stretch your obliques and lower back muscles with this easy Swiss balls/" 10017 rel="nofollow" target="_self">Ball exercise.

Purpose of exercise: Stretch oblique muscles and lower back.

Instructions: Lie on your side on the balls/" 10017 rel="nofollow" target="_self">ball, the balls/" 10017 rel="nofollow" target="_self">ball should be supporting the side of your trunk. Keep your top leg straight and position your top arm over your head. You should feel the stretch in the side of your trunk.
