Not for the faint-hearted – just try to get to a medium-level position and work your way to complete nose to floor. I’m showing a beginner version you can work on to ensure you maintain the technique.

Place your hands so you create a diamond shape in the centre (situate them so that the thumbs and index fingers touch). This hand readjustment will give those triceps some extra (burning) love and work your inner chest.
