2 chicken breasts without skin
2 tbsp ‘Season All’ or your favourite seasoning
1 cup cooked green lentils
2 tbsp crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
1 tomato diced
1 tsp olive oil
Sprinkle seasoning over chicken. Spray oil on barbecue plate and barbecue on a medium heat on both sides until cooked. Remove chicken from heat and allow to rest for five minutes before serving. Mix together lentils, fetta, tomato and oil in a bowl and serve with chicken.
