Give your pelvic floor muscles a workout – an easy way to  burn a couple of calories without even moving (almost!) and boost your  chances of having a night you won’t forget.

How: Squeeze in all the muscles you can down there, as if to hold off from visiting the loo for number one and two. Try to hold the muscles for 10 seconds and let go.

Repeat 10 times in different positions such as sitting down, standing up or lying down.
