Whether you spoon or sleep on separate sides of the bed says a lot about your relationship according to a study at the University of Hertfordshire.

Sleep your way to a better relationship

94% of couples who slept in contact with one another were happy with their relationship while just 68% of those who kept themselves to themselves were satisfied.

Interestingly, extroverts were more likely to snuggle up while creative types kept their distance.
