I have three key pillars when it comes to getting the best out of my day. I hope they help you think differently about exercise when you are busy balancing work or study, family, friends and your own fitness goals.

1. Fresh Air

Clear your head with some good old-fashioned fresh air. Step outside, take a walk in the morning or during your break and exercise as much as you can outdoors. Being in nature is an incredible way to calibrate and put things into perspective. We are often our most creative when we reduce the clutter around us and free up mental space for fresh thoughts and ideas.
