Early morning walk is very good for controlling diabetic, hyper-tension and many other disease. Doctor always suggest walking for better life style. Before starting to walk have 1 to 1.5 litres of water. This will help to manage the body fluid system. Start gentle walk for 10 minutes. You will find your body slowly warming up. Then start walking briskly for 20 minutes. Your heart will start to beat 1.5 times faster than the normal beat. Then reduce the speed and next 10 minutes slow down considerably and make your heart beat comes to normal speed.
