Hi everyone,
I am in week 5 of the 12 Week Challange and find I am not losing weight but have dropped a few cm. All up I have lost 500 grams!
Even though I am happy with my clothes fitting better, I am getting very angry at the lack of movement on the scale - so much so I brought new scales as I belived my old one was faulty. of course it wasn't.
I am going to the gym 12 times a week, mixing cardio (running/RPM/Body Attack) with weights (free weights/Body Pump/PT sessions). My diet has also been revamped to reflect a healthy version of me.
I read the 'Success Stories' and see people lose soo many kilos. what am I doing wrong ??
any help would be great. |
