Hi From SW WA,.....have entered tha challenge twice before and not anywhere near completed it.  Have to do it this time........big birthday this year, and not at all happy with my poor old bod.  Great to have the forum, hopefully I will get encouragement from other strugglers and also be able to give some in return.

2day is the big start day, let's pump iron girls.............

Hi Andy,

 

Congratulations on starting the Body Blitz again! Don't worry about starting over, the main thing is that you haven't given up! Staying healthy and fit is a life-long thing so it's great that you have gotten back on the wagon.

 

Where abouts in WA are you? I'm in Perth.
