Wow.. so excited for the new forum! Looks good!

Well I'm Ash. 22yrs will be 23 in June. I have officially started my bodyblitz just last week. I would like to say I'm doing well but I am yet to put in a real exercise session. I have started to break some bad habits though and that seems to be working for me.

This is my 2nd attempt at the challenge. I am also attempting to move homes aswell.

I want to enter a triathlon when I've finished my 12 weeks also or maybe even before - something to keep me motivated :D

I used to study personal training, so I at least know what I'm doing :D Now I just need to put it into practice!

Feel free to drop by and say hi!

Hi Ash,

Good luck :)   Good on you too for wanting to enter a marathon at the end of the 12 weeks.   I wish I could aim for that but I'm suffering badly with shin splints everytime I try to run at the moment.  Its really really annoying.

Well probably not a long triathlon! Haha.. but there is one that my work is entering in April called the BRW - its a 400m swim, 8km ride and then a 4km run. I think if I put my mind to it i could achieve it.. but I"m not up to entering yet..

Apparently running on a softer surface helps that... like grass for example.. its harder work.. but could be less painful - just think... you won't have to run quite as far coz ur working harder!! :)
