Hi I'm Holly, I'm trying to get healthy and fit ans so i thought i'd join this forum for help and motivation! i want to loose 2 kilos to start with and then maintain that weight before trying to loose another 2 kilos. Ive been trying for years but i find i go up and down 1 kilo and can never keep the 2 kilos off!! and because im at uni and doing my honours which is heaps stressul i find it super hard to find the time and energy to stay on a healthy eating evercise plan! any tips? :) |
