Hi Daisy My name is Gaye, I started the Body Blitz challenge on the 1st January. Was going really well until today. Couldn't get out of bed and then didn't feel like exercising after work either. Not going to let it get me down. Tomorrow I will be back in there with a passion.

I am using this as my personal journal. 2weeks down and I feel great, I have lost weight and just as important, inches from my beginning stats. I am eating well and have cut dowm portion sizes. Will check in again in 2 weeks unless I have something to record before then

Hi Holly I have to keep going back and looking at my before photo. If you don't have on get one taken, front, back and side. It is a great motivator for me, I also have a photo of how I looked 5 yrs ago and push myself to get back to that size. If you don't have an old pic, get one out of a magazine and put on fridge next to your before pic. Good way to decide you don't really need that snack. Hope this helps Gaye
