Hi all! I completed the 12 week challenge about 3 years ago and lost 6kg and i felt great! I have now decided to do the challenge again.
I havent done any exercise in about 10 months due to having Compartment Syndrome and I have put on 4 or 5 kg's in that time. I had surgery on both shins only 7 days ago and have decided that I need this challenge to push myself, loose the weight I have put on (and possibly more) and hopefully out-do my results from last time. I am very excited and I have chosen this monday as the day I start! I will have to take it easy for the first few weeks while I heal fully from surgery but for the first time in almost a year I am feeling really positive!
This forum is awesome and Im sure i will be on here a lot in the next 12 weeks and beyond!
