What you’ll do: Take your feet wider to mix up the squat and focus on a strong core so that you really isolate the exercise as you come from start position to a deep squat and up again.

Avoid letting your head drop down and make sure your feet are wide enough to feel the power required in the inner thigh for that stubborn area.
Focus on squeezing your thighs and really focusing on the down and upward movement. Think ballet dancer combined with finely tuned athlete.
