Exercise 3: Burpees – 15 repetitions
An exercise we all love to hate. They are one of the best full-body functional exercises for killing calories.

a.    Bend over and squat down with your hands on the floor in front of you, wider than shoulder width.
b.    Kick your feet back, landing in push-up position with straight arms and bracing your core.
c.    From here, pull your feet back under the body, returning to the squat position.
d.    Explode up and clap your hands overhead, land with your feet flat and hands by your side.
