A fun exercise that will get your heart pumping and your abs working overtime

How to

Standing tall, have your right leg extended back with your toe touching the floor and your arms raised above your head.

As you bring your right knee up high, bring your arms down so your knee goes in between your arms.

Continue to repeat quickly but maintaining a tight core. Switch legs. Add dumbbells to really elevate your heart rate.

 

Perform exercise for 45 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Complete 3 sets.
