Want abs of steel? Incorporate plank jacks into your next workout.
On a yoga mat or the floor, start on your hands and knees. Lower yourself into a plank so you are resting on your elbows and forearms and up on your toes with your legs straight and feet together.
Now jump both feet out in the opposite direction and then jump them back together.
Repeat this jumping motion either as quickly or as slowly as you can, making sure your core is engaged the whole time.
Control is key.
Perform exercise for 45 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Complete 3 sets.
