Squat jumps

 

How to:

 

With feet hip width apart, bend knees and lean forward slightly with arms in front, lowering as far as you can comfortably go.

 

Come back to standing position and immediately jump as high as you can with arms in the arm.

 

Repeat. 2 x 10 reps, 15 - 30 seconds rest between sets
