Advanced hand stand exercise - Women's Health & Fitness

How to

Start by sitting with your back against the wall and hands on your knees.

Then go onto all fours, shuffle your feet up the wall and then move your hands back so they are under your shoulders – this is really important, so take your time to get this right.

When you feel your upper body at 90 degrees, walk your feet down until your hips are in line with the wall. Looking back you should see your feet in line on the wall.

Engage your core and feel the squeeze between your shoulder blades.

Let your head stay between your shoulders.

To come down, walk gently down the wall and into child’s pose to relax.
