Simple moves for gorgeous, toned arms.
1. Regular push-ups (on your toes if you can; just think how amazing you’ll look topping up your glass)
2. 2 o’clock push-ups (hands pointing inwards)
3. 9 o’clock push-ups (make like a seal and point hands outwards at right angles)
4. Triangle push-ups (make a triangle with your index fingers and thumbs, just like playing ‘Twinkle Twinkle’)
