This is one of Nikki Fogden-Moore's favourite exercises on suspension straps.

Push-up knee tuck - Women's Health & Fitness

How to

Start with your feet in foot loops, face down. Extend the straps as long as possible

Place hands on the floor and raise hips up to straight plank position

Once you have completed a push-up, go from a full plank position to the knee tuck. Then back down for a push up again

Take your time to work through technique rather than rushing this exercise. Hips should be in line with shoulders at all times

Draw knees to chest

Torso remains stationary throughout movement.
