Lamb souvlakiIngredients
150g lamb fillet
1 tsp of olive oil
2 pieces souvlaki bread
2 tomatoes
2 handfuls lettuce
½ onion sliced thinly
4 tbsp low fat Greek yogurt

Season lamb and place on medium heat in pan. Cook each side for approximately 3 minutes and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Place the souvlaki bread on a plate and add lettuce, lamb, tomato and onion. Top with yogurt.

Serves 2.
