Craving something sweet? This blueberry smoothie will tide you over until dinner.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1⁄2 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon manuka honey
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 3⁄4 cup frozen blueberries
Place all ingredients in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
Note: You can also use a stick blender to make these smoothies.
