Blueberry smoothie recipe - Women's Health & Fitness

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1⁄2 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon manuka honey
  • 1⁄2 cup water
  • 3⁄4 cup frozen blueberries

Place all ingredients in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Note: You can also use a stick blender to make these smoothies.
