Traditional Chinese Steamed Fish

Chinese steamed fishIngredients
1 whole fish
e.g. baramundi or flounder
2 tsp of ginger grated or sliced
Sauce:
3 tbsp rock sugar dissolved in water
3 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish:
coriander
spring onion

Method
Steam fish for about 10-15 minutes.
Heat the sauce in the microwave for about 20 seconds and poor directly over the steamed fish. Garnish with spring onion and coriander and serve.
Serves 2.
