Ingredients
100g soba noodles
1 large carrot - thinly sliced
1 medium zucchini - thinly sliced
Sauce:
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp soy sauce
Method
Boil water until hot and add noodles for approximately 5 minutes, refresh under cold water and place on serving plate. Add sliced vegetables to noodles.
Mix sauce ingredients together and place over the top of noodles.
Serve chilled.
