Plan dinner with tomorrow's lunch in mind. These steak wraps are perfect for next-day meals.
Ingredients (serves 4)
1. Preheat oven grill on high.
2. Place soy sauce, honey and mustard in a dish and mix. Add steak and marinate.
3. Place steaks on a tray in oven and grill each side for three to four minutes, depending on how well you like your meat cooked. Slice steak, removing any fat. Slice tomatoes, cucumber and avocado.
4. To prepare wraps, place tomato, cucumber, avocado and steak slices in the centre of each wrap on an angle and then fold.
