Ingredients (serves 1 250–300 Ml)

  • 2 carrots, peeled

  • ½ whole beetroot with greens, well scrubbed and peeled

  • Handful of kale (stalks removed)

  • 1 green apple, unpeeled

  • 1 lemon

  • Pinch of turmeric

Start by juicing your carrots, beetroot and kale and then continue with your apple. To finish off, squeeze the lemon and add a pinch of turmeric.
