Bocconchini, tomato & basil salad recipe - Women's Health & Fitness

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 50g bocconcini cheese
  • 2 roma tomatoes sliced
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Olives (optional)

Slice cheese and tomato and arrange in a circle on a plate. Alternate the cheese, tomato and basil leaves. Add olives (optional) and then drizzle oil on top.
