Can improve circulation and help move toxins from the tissues to the bloodstream. All you need is a natural bristle brush with a long handle and about five minutes before your shower (more, if you have time) to gently brush your skin, moving towards major lymph nodes:

1. Starting from your feet, brush up your calves and thighs, moving towards the groin area.

2. Brush over the buttocks and up to the mid-back, moving towards the armpits.

3. Starting from your hands, brush up your arms to your armpits.

4. Move across your shoulders and down the chest towards the heart and down the back of the neck.

5. Finally, work on the abdominal area, using a circular movement in a clockwise direction to stimulate the colon.
