Hey guys, i would like to suggest solution for your problem of dandruff. Use antidandruff shampoo which has low pH level. Also try out some home remedies to solve your problem like curd, lime water etc.

My girl has been trying to get rid of her dimples that are on her BUTT. From vigorous exercise to memberships at our nearby gyms to buying multiples at home gimmicks. There are many ways to go at it, but with a few findings and research I have come to a conclusion that if this was to be done without hard work. Stay away from sugar and unhealthy carbs!!

Early morning walk is very good for controlling diabetic, hyper-tension and many other disease. Doctor always suggest walking for better life style. Before starting to walk have 1 to 1.5 litres of water. This will help to manage the body fluid system. Start gentle walk for 10 minutes. You will find your body slowly warming up. Then start walking briskly for 20 minutes. Your heart will start to beat 1.5 times faster than the normal beat. Then reduce the speed and next 10 minutes slow down considerably and make your heart beat comes to normal speed. After finishing the walk do some gentle exercise to stretch the muscle other wise muscle cramp will trouble you. Happy walking.
