wow Gaye your doing so well! i find my motivation always decreasing in the 2nd week of a diet. Any tips on how you got through your second week?


Hi Holly I have to keep going back and looking at my before photo. If you don't have on get one taken, front, back and side. It is a great motivator for me, I also have a photo of how I looked 5 yrs ago and push myself to get back to that size. If you don't have an old pic, get one out of a magazine and put on fridge next to your before pic. Good way to decide you don't really need that snack. Hope this helps Gaye

Hey guys, i would like to suggest solution for your problem of dandruff. Use antidandruff shampoo which has low pH level. Also try out some home remedies to solve your problem like curd, lime water etc.

im in my 40's now and im married with 2 children. matthew and alex. they are my life. i was afraid that my husband was loosing interest. and i wanted to make sure that i was alive to see my children grow. i love them with all my heart. i quit smoking 7 years back and ive been pretty active since but not totally fit. i tried a few different excercise programs.. my husband tried to get me on p 90 x.. that was intense, but i felt like it was above my head. i later tried this one  that worked.. email me at [email protected] and ill send you a helpful link. :) have a nice day all

Either you’re trying to change your look or your performance. Whichever the case may be, staying or getting healthy is the gold. My girl has been trying to get rid of her dimples that are on her BUTT. From vigorous exercise to memberships at our nearby gyms to buying multiples at home gimmicks.  There are many ways to go at it, but with a few findings and research I have come to a conclusion that if this was to be done without hard work. A lot of tips and trick are needed, in order to accomplish such a goal. These tricks were taken from Doctors, well respected sources, and athletes. Some of my findings were very helpful. First, these dimples I was trying to describe are call cellulites, and I was fortunate enough to stumble over a few tricks and tips that help.

Anyway, am sure there are a few females that are having the same problem and are looking for answers. Well, a laser home exercise program worked for us bigtime.

Cardio is a verrrrry important part of a workout routine...if you dont have a treadmill or eliptical and cant get to a gym you can try doing jumping jacks, jump rope...or a run in your neighborhood ... a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week should be done in order to lose an optimal amount of body fat and burn those calories.

Your diet is extremely important! eat less dairy (dairy puts a layer of fat above your muscles which makes them harder to tone) increase protein and healthy carbs(wheat bread etc.) fruits and vegetables are also a natural great source of carbs. Stay away from sugar and unhealthy carbs!!

Hi I'm Holly,
I'm trying to get healthy and fit ans so i thought i'd join this forum for help and motivation! i want to loose 2 kilos to start with and then maintain that weight before trying to loose another 2 kilos. Ive been trying for years but i find i go up and down 1 kilo and can never keep the 2 kilos off!!  and because im at uni and doing my honours which is heaps stressul i find it super hard to find the time and energy to stay on a healthy eating evercise plan! any tips? :)

Has your body shape changed much? Have you noticed your belly getting flatter and your body looking leaner? Because if you were just working out so you could look and feel great at your wedding and it wasn't because you needed to or wanted to weigh less then i wouldn't worry about the extra 3 kilos as long as you look better than you did before and like what your new body looks like :)

Early morning walk is very good for controlling diabetic, hyper-tension and many other disease. Doctor always suggest walking for better life style. Before starting to walk have 1 to 1.5 litres of water. This will help to manage the body fluid system. Start gentle walk for 10 minutes. You will find your body slowly warming up. Then start walking briskly for 20 minutes. Your heart will start to beat 1.5 times faster than the normal beat. Then reduce the speed and next 10 minutes slow down considerably and make your heart beat comes to normal speed. After finishing the walk do some gentle exercise to stretch the muscle other wise muscle cramp will trouble you. Happy walking.

You should try using leave-in conditioners. Those days you don't straighten it and use flat iron friendly products that are heat-activated and protect your hair.

I am using this as my personal journal. 2weeks down and I feel great, I have lost weight and just as important, inches from my beginning stats. I am eating well and have cut dowm portion sizes. Will check in again in 2 weeks unless I have something to record before then
