Hey everyone, well im 24 and a mum of 4, i just had my 4th on 31/12/09. Im starting my 12wk challenge on feb 1st and i cant wait, this is my yr- no more kids planned or excuses allowed anymore.

Good Luck Debbie! How are you going so far? I have seen results on the scales, I have been feeling great, But I feel like I'm hungry all the time and I'm not feeling as motivated as I did in week 1 & 2, which I think can be quite normal :( Cat

hey cat, these last couple of days have just been focusing on food- ive been looking back through the old womens health and fitness mags and looking at what everyone had put as there samples plans. Im picking up a new pair of sports shoes today to go for a walk today. Ive got 2wks until i send off my details for the 12wk challenge and i cant wait to offically start. Im only 158cms tall and right now i weigh 91kgs so i have afair bit to go but the biggest loser AU is about to start again on tv so that will help motivate me. Are u using and protein shakes or supplements???

My exercise plan is to do 1hr of cardio in the morn and again 1hr at night with my weights workout. My eating im still working out as i dont want to go on a more protein and veg diet, im more happy to stick to cereal and fruit for brekkie, yoghurt for snack, meat and salad for lunch, yoghurt for a snack again and something like a stir fry for dinner with diet jelly for dessert- im gonna go back onto calorie king to help track how much im eating against what im exercising to make sure im eating enough for energy.

Im excited about biggest looser 2 this yr looks interesting! I use ck 2 its good. Im eatn pretty normal i stick 2 1500 cal and ea+ what i work off if im hungry. I am in week 7 of couch25km program, doing weights and walk and ride. Im on my phone doing this ill have 2 get on the pc. Good luck with entry!

Im having trouble getting onto calorie king on my new computer, its saying something about the cookies but when i turn the cookie level off it still wont let me in grrr.                                                                                                How are u going with the C25km? ive done it once befor but its definely something i wanna do again. Ive gotta start using my new shoes more, ill be using my treadmill and wii alot- i couldnt live without my wii fit.                           Enjoy your day : )

Hmm i wonder whats going oo with ck? Yes i submitted entry on dec 27th. My plan today is 25min run. C25k is great!

wow 25mins, congrats on doing so well. Im about to go write down the c25km plan to start tommorow morn. Its time to take it up a notch. Through calorie king i used to be 1560cals so ill stick to that for my eating.

Debbie, I reccomend C25K, it's been really good for me, I've completed two 25min runs this week so I'm pretty happy with it! I'm in week 7 (day 3tomorrow) Hopefully then I can get back to starting wk8 on Monday. I am actually on my pc today as Hubbies not hogging it! When are you actually going to enter the blitz? I can't believe that I am nearly in week 5!! I have noticed the scale have stopped dropping, but my clothes already feel so free, and yesterday I saw a friend who I haven't seen since christmas week, and she said have you been running again? Then she said I look well and fit. I felt good, I don't know if I have mentioned on here before but wehn Hubby says I'm looking skinner it hasn't affected me.... weird. CK says that I should be on 1490 calories, I began on there when I was 73kg, with a goal of 65kg, it seems to be enough most days. I ahve been thinking about using protein powder, theres a good quality one in the pantry, but I used it a few weeks ago as I wanted something light before a morning run as it was goin to be a hot day and I gagged on it hah! Have a good one! Cat
