Hello!

I'm Lisa, 26! Mother to my two babies, Georgia who is 2 and William who is 1. Wife to Jason!

 

 

I recently lost 24 kg after having my son, however once I stopped feeding him at 11 months I noticed a few kg's came back!

 

So I have taken on the 12 week challenge to get some more kg's, tone up and shape my body again.

 

Wish me luck! I love exercise and visit the gym 5 days a week, but now I will be putting some extra oomph in!

I am also on day 3 of training for a half marathon in June! Very empowering!

Hi Lisa! Wow you go to the gym so often already! Good on you for entering! There isn't allot of activity on this forum (from what Iv'e seen in the last week and a 1/2) But I'm here and another girl Amy. Good luck to you, I'm in week 2, going well so far. At this stage I have been sticking to about 1500 calories, eating good foods, getting at least 8 hrs sleep a night, exercising everyday, I'm not doing full on weights at the moment, I have been doing allot of exercises on my ball and with light weights and body weight exercises. I have began running again, in July I began the couch to 5 km running program, I got to week 7 (out of 9) and didn't finish it, so this week I began back at week 5, which has been 3-5 min runs and 3 min walks inbetween, so one more to go on Friday then I'll move to week 6. I was going to enter the Melbourne marathon last year, but I didn't I should have, maybe I would have completed c25k! Today is weights day, lower body and abs :) Cat

Good luck to you, you can do it! just with a proper diet and exercise, you can shred off that fat.
