Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury of suffering or sustained in connection with any of the prizes offered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
3. All entries become the property of the promoter.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail or for any prizes damaged in transit.

7. The competition will be judged by the editor Rebeca Long (appointed by the Promoter) and the entries will be judged based on the most creative answers to the question “Tell us in 25 words or less, how you think the RosehipPLUS range could help your skin? There are 5 packs to be won in total.
8. The total prize value is $475 with 5 packs to be won, with each pack valued at $95. Each prize pack contains:

9. Winners will be notified by phone or email on draw date.

12. Date, time and place drawn: 19th December, 2014 at 11am at the offices of Blitz Publications & Multi Media Group Pty Ltd, 1 Miles Street, Mulgrave Vic 3170.

15. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondences will be entered into.
